I was hoping to receive more lists but eight is enough to get a general idea. Click the google docs link for full details.

 

Interesting Points:

 

- The only tie (in average rank) came between Speedy and Torontofan, where they both finished with an average rank of of 8.71. It's interesting because this would be the final playoff spot.

- Two players finished with the same rank from every ranker: Dinger (1), and Boxy (19).

- The biggest variance in rankings for an individual team belonged to Spanky (8th -- ranked by Dinger, Torontofan and 18th -- ranked by North).

 

For farms, I only received three lists so there's really no point in compiling the data for such a small sample size.

I tend to agree with you, though; hence my hesitancy. I should be happy to get Edwin, but I feel that I should get a little more for what I'm giving up. That being said, I may pull the trigger anyway. I'll be thinking it over.

I added Garza and he added Kluber to the trade, and we have a deal.

 

So it's Darvish, Salvador and Garza for Edwin, Kluber and Giolito.

Obviously he's injured and probably gonna bust, but he was gonna be the #1 Waiver pick this time last season, worth a shot for sure I think...

Reports on MAG have been pretty bad. Shoulder soreness, very unimpressive stuff, disappointing results. He certainly doesn't sound like an impact fantasy pitcher right now.

I don't think I would roster MAG, especially since it doesn't seem like he'll get a rotation spot. You'll probably end up dropping him in a couple weeks if he doesn't go on the DL.

I'm still very surprised a rebuilding team didn't take a run at him.

 

My theory is that a couple rebuilding teams were unaware he was dropped. It's easy to overlook a drop if you don't check the transactions for a couple days. I personally wasn't even aware he was dropped (though it wouldn't have mattered since I'm 20th on the waiver wire).

 

Others are probably holding onto their high waiver claim in case an international free agent is signed over the course of the season.

This is what I figured happened when I thought of your team. I know Boxy would have held on to the #1 waiver slot. I think jaysfever might have missed it, because 5th on the waiver wire might not offer a better piece this season. Since you're 17th, I knew you would have put a claim in if you saw it.
