dineke Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 I'm at a loss for words.........suicide watch? 4-1 are you kidding me!! All in all the Leafs did much better than I expected....I have that right?!?! I rather them get swept, my sister is crying holy f***
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 you can embed that, you know. Makes celebrating a little more user friendly.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 WAT This is perfect though. They end their 9-year playoff drought or whatever the f*** it is only to collapse in epic fashion in round 1. What a bunch of f***ing losers. Yeah, my mom even became enamored with the Leafs and I asked her if she'd trade Lupul for Ovechkin. No, because Lupul is handsome and the heart and soul of the Leafs. lolol God, after the 4-1 lead I was dreading having to deal with another playoff series. Feels good.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 leafs have played scared with the lead all year. they were in trouble once the lead went to 3.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 LOL @TheTweetOfGod: Sorry, Toronto. Your mayor's just too unforgivable.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 leafs have played scared with the lead all year. they were in trouble once the lead went to 3. So, if I'm reading correctly, they did themselves a disservice by scoring MORE goals? Lol
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 looks like the Maple Leaf square crowd isn't the problem. A friend at Yonge and Wellsley is saying that the fire alarms are going off and police are tackling fans in Leafs jerseys
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 So, if I'm reading correctly, they did themselves a disservice by scoring MORE goals? Lol afraid so... they have done it most of the year. start backing up and watching the clock with a lead. hard to win letting the other team move forward. I have never understood changing from the style of play that got you a lead. yes, boston pushed forward, but when the leafs pushed back they had them 5 on 5 until they started clock watching.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 well now the focus on jays, they better turn it around!!
Laika Community Moderator Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 I hope what's his name behind the bench doesn't blame Gardiner for that ot goal. He outworked the Boston forward in front of the net for that puck and was just trying to throw it to the side, there was a Leaf player that instead of guarding Bergeron, was going to the net. Gardiner was terrific
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Anyone else suddenly feel like some waffles? Wow wtf. That's exactly how I feel, specifically the strawberry waffle from Cora's.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Guys, this is why Gibbers is right. You should never get emotionally attached to any sports team, because things like this happen all the time. Its good to just be a sports fan in general.
