  2. 50FV as of last month, Fangraphs has him as Astros #2 prospect
  3. yea, great pick-up.
  4. FWIW [Morosi] The Dodgers are among the teams discussing Yusei Kikuchi trade proposals with the Blue Jays. The Twins, Padres and Astros also are involved. A Kikuchi deal is seen as very likely before 6 pm ET tomorrow.
  5. Jansen is DH'ing and batting 7th
  6. Vlady will be at 3 WAR by end of next week lol
  7. Biggio is playing 1B as Freeman is on family leave
  8. Garcia clean inning of work in his first appearance as a Mariner 2 Ks Hold
  9. I was a little shocked when I first read it and thought maybe it was some no name reporting it...but nope

  11. Incase you missed the game today.....we have a new stud playing 3B
  12. The Dodgers had to trade Michael Busch because of a roster crunch, I haven't checked out roster in that detail but I doubt we are anywhere close to a roster crunch
  13. agree. He just developed that new pitch - IIRC hardly used it though which is weird. Whate a waste.
  14. yes I stated it was the ranking going into 2024, thanks for the updated ranking, what about Rivera? I normally start paying attention to prospects once they're in the top 20
  15. nothing which is why you keep him plus he has 2 more years of control. Plus I'm just going by Fangraphs rankings
  16. that would be my 1st question to Shapiro/Akitns in post season presser
  17. Josh Rivera #43 ranked prospect
  18. as expected, gave him a way for pracitcally nothing. Pinango was the cubs #47 ranked prospect according to Fangraphs heading into 2024. Has anything changed?
  19. so many factors, biomechanics plays a huge role. American Sports Medicine Institue have been studying this for years, they have all the research
  20. As mentioned numerous times it is a league wide issue. MLB needs to take serious look at what is causing all these arms to go down like this
  21. Not knowing the return (Cubs do have a good farm though) but this is an odd trade, Pearson doesn't have that much value right now plus he has 2 more years of control...
  22. wow, what are the cubs doing thogh they are 6.5 games our of a wc spot
  23. Vlady 3B (keep him there) Where is Barger? now is the time to play him Lorenzen vs Gausman
