    Guessing they saw him pitch this Spring and said screw this guy, he sucks.

    Wonder if he got any balls hit to him. He's always had a great arm and with his his improved speed/agility, he's only got his glove to worry about now lol.

    Roark with 2 shutout innings. He should love the deadened ball. We got ourselves our number 2 starter baby lol.

    Ya I'm not saying all is lost because we didn't get Odorizzi. And we do have tons of depth but it seems like a lot of backend rotation depth at this point. We will eventually need front end rotation help.

    You could argue that we don't even have a better starter to lose with our current rotation lol.

    Well that sucks... going to a potential wild card threat is the worst case scenario aside from coming into the divison.

    Spring training is usually painful to watch but I'm excited to see the Jays in action. There is 0 excitement to see majority of other teams half ass it unless it's our guys lol.

    Ya I think he'll get what he wants as soon as any team faces an injury or realize that their starting staff sucks.

    That's the main reason why I'm bitching. I'm living in the Peel Region and we've been in lockdown since Nov23. I'm f***ing BORED lol.

    Everyday I see highlights and boxing scores pisses me off that they can find a way to telecast the game. It's f***ing 2021, set up an iPhone and put it on YouTube or something at least lol.

    Is there any date where we can manipulate Kirk's service time? I can see that happening to give Jansen one last real chance at the starting gig while giving McGuire a real shot as the backup since he's out of options. That is unless both s*** the bed during spring training that gives no choice to the Jays.

    No way were we ever going to beat that Bauer offer and clearly we wanted nothing to do with Paxton if we couldn't match/beat what he ended up getting. JBJ + Wong + Odorizzi + Hand would have been my guess. Think I just puked comparing that to what we got lol.

    If we paid JBJ 12 per this offseason, I'd be pissed. There was a time where JBJ and Wong were being thrown around here as our potential offseason. I think we upgraded slightly on that lol.

    One of those 2 seem like a good add. Probably Porcello at this stage since he'd require the least amount of commitment.

    One thing you can say, the Jays sure do their due diligence. I don't see how he'd fit on this team as currently constructed unless we're moving one of our current OFers and I don't think he's good enough now to make any corresponding moves for.

    Looks like Groshans, Martin and Martinez will be on the cusp of breaking through with the team in 2022. Of course we'll see how the minor league season goes before getting too far head of ourselves but I'm really curious who will survive and remain with the team. There wont be enough playing time available for all of them. Its such a great problem to have, one that I don't think we've ever had in my lifetime. My guess is that Martin will end up in the OF while Groshans/Martinez will take over for Biggio/Semien. Does anyone know how Martin looked at CF today?

    Even more pissed seeing those highlights. How about putting some damn cameras if you're going to spend all that money on a facility lol.

    Ahhhh... how can you NOT televise Springer's first at bats with the team regardless if it's Spring Training. And looks like we got our preliminary lineup. I thought we'd have Bo 2nd but don't mind the look at all. Wonder how low Biggio will go once Tellez/Teo are in the lineup. Would be crazy to go from leadoff to 9th lol.
