    Come on man. He's batting over .300 and has been solid in the field mostly. Not much more you can ask from a utility guy. Blame goes solely on our everyday players who have been mostly trash.

    Missing 4 regulars will do that to any team but we've sucked even when we've had most of our guys. Just need Springer back to put everyone in their respective positions.

    I tested positive and I felt really crappy for a few weeks. Even when I recovered physically, I suffered mentally for a week or so. I'm still in my mid 30s and consider myself in good shape so can only imagine how it can be for people in a worse situation.

    Ya he's obviously there because he's a "veteran" so Montoyo will cater to him to start. Even now, they should have tried Biggio at leadoff to see if that got him back on track and moved Semien to cleanup. Once everyone is back, he should bat 5th/6th depending on how Gurriel is doing. Springer - Bo - Vlad - Teo - Semien - Gurriel - Grichuk - Kirk - Biggio.

    Damn, Biggio and Gurriel are out. Lineup without 4 regulars just doesn't excite you the same.

    So I forgot to vent my frustration here yesterday but if Montoyo let Matz finish game 1 when he only threw 80 pitches or so, we could have used Dolis instead of Payamps for Game 2. Decisions like that when you know the next game is a bullpen game are frustrating...

    Merryweather must be the unluckiest person or he just has a horrible training regiment. Sucks to see a player with such amazing stuff that can never build on his skills because of injuries. I legit think he has the best stuff on our team and that includes Ryu.
