This franchise doesn't seem to be able to deviate from their plan. Seems like no matter what is happening on the field, whoever has finalized their prearranged plans must stick.

Why the hell is our best hitter sitting out when we just had a day off? Springer needs to get his ass out there today while letting Kirk DH. Then Springer can DH tomorrow while Kirk catches. Not hard to figure out...

Other than being our best outfielder defensively and fastest runner in pinch running situations. I'd prefer him to having 3 catchers on the roster. -

I thought they should just increase Kirk's reps behind the plate. Not sure how the service time clock works here but it seemed like a good idea to let him stay in AAA all season. -

It's clearly Shatkins who are part of the plan on how we use our players. Montoyo is just too stupid to deviate from the plan based on how things are actually going on the field.

There are like 70 rounds in a baseball draft. Why have we struggled so damn much to develop major league pitchers? Romano/Manoah and a bunch of turds for the most part after that.

Ya if it comes to it, you trade Jansen and split Moreno/Kirk between C and DH. Maybe even give Moreno some reps at 1B on days to get Vladdy days off but that's of course he's as good as advertised. You never want to get ahead of yourself until a player can prove he can play at the major league level.

We're comparing Vladdy to the leagues best so it's understandable to be harder on him. These are the expectations you set once you are supposed to be a MVP candidate every year going forward.
