    Horowitz Schneider Vlad Bo (probably should be flipped with Jansen but whatever) Jansen Varsho Turner Springer IKF Thats the common sense lineup to use but don't think we've seen it yet nor do i expect to see it ever. Guys struggle, they move down... guys perform well, they move up. Easy peasy

    Yup, we're all dumb people because most of us foresaw the exact issues this team would have all offseason. I remember warning you all then that I'm gonna be crying about this teams offense all season before the season even started while you and your disciples were drinking the kool-aid. Dumb people I guess right lol

    You're good enough to leadoff but you're going to be platooned (Babe) You're good enough to bat cleanup but you'll be DFA'd (Vogelbach) You're good enough to bat leadoff but you'll stay in AAA (Horowitz) You're good enough to bat 2nd but can't DH on your days off from the field (Jansen) Something is clearly wrong with the decision making process on this team.

    We can all just agree that the Jays offense is pathetic and we shouldn't need any stat telling us otherwise. I recall saying this at the start of this year and being told I'm stupid because the Jays are average according to wRC+ while ignoring many other metrics. It's almost like watching games to see the obvious doesn't matter anymore. Advanced stats are great to fill in the holes since you cant watch every game of every player in baseball but don't let it overrule what you're clearly seeing out there. #TeamEyeTest

    Haha... how can this team be expected to hit when they gotta play in a "pitchers park." I have no idea how the 2021 Blue Jays hit so many homeruns but if you push the fences in, it apparently becomes harder. Analytics are great if you know how to use them to your benefit but the one thing it did was give a voice to people who have no business talking on the game of baseball. Less geeks who wouldnt even know how to hold a bat and more testosterone making decisions in the dugouts please lol.

    I have a feeling that part of the season ticket renewal date being moved up is also a way for Rogers to gauge fan interest. If they don't meet a certain quota then they'll pull the plug on Atkins and maybe even Shapiro before the deadline.

    Ya it's not a secret that we don't have any other real prospects to pull a move off for someone like Roberts. Can see them punting 2024 by selling off all their rentals and making pushes for guys with control to make a push in 2025.

    Ya I get the logic obviously but I'd just prefer rolling with hot hands and players who are showing they deserve more playing time. I've always been in favour of playing hot players over what they've done in the past since not every player is the same currently from what they may have shown in the past. Guess that's the difference between being data driven at all times and letting your eyes dictate who plays in some situations. *shrugs

    Keep dropping Springer in the lineup until we have no choice but to bench him. Batting him 5th is stupid until he shows signs of life.

    Why do we even bother going with all righties against lefties when we still suck. Just put out your best hitting team, which means Horowitz plays regardless.
