That's exactly what people are saying that this team actually need to roster a guy like Yarborough because the alternatives are pathetic. Just because Yarborough isn't a CY young contender doesn't mean he isn't an upgrade on this team.
The Jays couldn't guarantee he'd be on the main roster once everyone got healthy probably while the Yankees had no problem giving him 2M with their pitching injuries. It was just a braindead decision when it was announced and looks even worse when it's costing us losses
I literally said that having a guy like yarborough is extra important at the start of the year when you need reliable guys to eat innings.
