    Totally agree but the anger towards Hoffman is because of his long body of work this season. Very few would have been that angry if it was Dominguez who surrendered that HR and not the guy who's setting franchise records in this department.

    This team desperately needs his long ball threat come playoff time. The ability to change a game with 1 swing is too important. Springer will be fine in the OF and just let him DH.

    Thats shocking that you could lead any team being so soft haha. Anyways, of course the offense is struggling lately but it doesnt change Hoffman being an absolute disaster for the season. This is all people were venting about but of course you need to crap on people for stating the obvious.

    "Learn the game" says the nerd who has probably never played anything a day in his life. Go check Hoffman's entire body of work this season. This isnt a one off game so you "learn the game"...

    And yet the ass version of Chapman was still much better than this version of Hoffman. Just sucks seeing all that hard work by 25 players on the roster get ruined by ONE guy man.

    Dominguez is the obvious choice based on his current performance and experience to fill in as the closer if we need to have one. We should just do it by committe based on whoever is the hottest tbh.

    It is utterly stupid how this management group insists to keep Hoffman in a role that he hasn't performed ever in his career full time. They're treating Hoffman like its moving Mariano Rivera outta the closers role. Its a results based industry so start doing your f***ing job!!!
