    I remember when he got that break between the end of the season + playoffs did wonders for him. Lets hope this break gives him a similar break to come out killing. We arent going anywhere without him being a .900 OPS guy.

    Agreed it falls on the individuals first but as a manager, you only have so many levers at your disposal to incite your team. Moving guys up and down (Vladdy and Springer) should have been done more... not because other guys deserve it but you hope it awakens something in them. Regardless, like you said, players deserve majority of the blame themselves.

    The problem is that Little is still one of the only lefty arms this franchise has. He shouldn't be in a position where hes even on the roster with his performance dating back to post all star break last year.
