    Jays are having a lot of trouble stringing together hits. I think their offense really needs a proven veteran type in the order to help carry the load when the young guys struggle. A guy like Rendon would have been perfect

    Thanks. No mention of a pitch count for today, but the article gives the impression that they're going to ease him along, so I doubt they'll let him get too deep in this game. I was thinking of betting the under, but I suspect the Jays bullpen will play a large roll in this one and that could potentially get dicey. Might make a small wager on it anyways

    A lot of doctors have come out and said that the tests are about 50% accurate. Apparently the false-positive rate is very high. There isn't a specific test that can test for a covid-19 antibody. It's a very flawed system

    A lot of doctors are saying that the tests are only about 50% accurate. I had a neighbor who tested positive and wasn't even sick in the slightest. She only got tested because she worked in a nursing home. I really don't think the virus is even that much of a threat

    Please do. I know the KBO is a much higher quality league, but oddly I can't seem to find nearly as much information on it as I can with the CPBL. I've asked around online as where to catch streams and I haven't gotten any clear answers

    @BlueRock: yeah I was watching that game. Nicolino had a great game, but it's easy to see why his stuff doesn't play in the MLB. I've been throwing some money around on these games to give me a rooting interest and I've gone 5-1. If you dig into the league it's pretty easy to make some money off of it as the lines aren't as sharp as they are in the MLB and it's easier to tell what starting pitchers are going to get rocked or not. There's some fans giving excellent analysis of the league over on Reddit that helps get one up to speed with the league

    The CPBL is the Taiwanese baseball league. It's a pretty decent product. Justin Nicolino is on the mound starting today for the Rakuten Monkeys. Unlike the KBL, you can find all of the CPBL games streaming in great quality. Very accessible.     Exactly. There seems to be an air of desperation surrounding the sport lately. Last year we had ridiculous numbers with the juiced balls, then the cheating scandal black eye and now they're floundering around trying to overcompensate for the bad press. Not really a fan of Manfred's approach.
