  1. It's called satire. Stop being so sensitive.
  2. It's especially staggering considering that Berrios was brought over to be a front of the rotation, workhorse type arm. I mean for godsakes, at least let the guy start the 6th inning and have a quick hook if he was concerned. This was a must win game and there was so many different angles to the managing that left me scratching my head. It's f***ing do or die time and this knucklehead is managing with no urgency whatsoever... Valera batting 6th. You've gotta be kidding me. I'm speechless.
  3. Not just that, with a lead and a guy on base. I think Montoyo actually thinks Brad Hand has swing and miss stuff. Let's just bring in the junkballer to face Soto and Bell... What could go wrong?
  4. It's staggering what a s*** manager he is. He makes Cito Gaston look like Nostradamus
  5. You gave Montoyo too much credit:p
  6. Lmao. It's beyond predictable at this point isn't it? I would've used Romero for the heart of the order in the 7th... No common sense with Chuckles.
  7. Nice foresight. What the hell was Montoyo thinking having Hand face the heart of the order? Unbelievable. And no Dickerson in the lineup against the righty? What a brutally managed game.
  8. Me too. That's baseball for us
  9. Lol just had to google her, come on man! She's pretty fine! On the Sunday Night Baseball broadcast tonight they were saying he's been dealing with a nagging shoulder injury, but my god if true, guy should just go on the DL for awhile. Not like the Dodgers don't have the depth to make up for it.
  10. What a game! This could be a turning point in the season. Jays are rolling!
  11. Bellinger getting booed in the home stadium. What's the deal with him this year guys? Stopped taking PED's or some s***? He wasn't exactly tearing it up last year either.
  12. Rowdy with the walk off double! Maybe my famous declaration that he's slated for the KBO is wrong after all lol
  13. Maybe Montoyo shouldn't keep putting f***ing Randal Grichuk in the heart of the order:rolleyes:
  14. It's especially absurd considering how hamstrung a manager is with the new 3 batter minimum relief pitcher rule. Rob Manfred's clueless, I never thought I'd miss Bug Selig but here we are.
  15. Hand is NOT the kinda pitcher you want to start an inning with a guy on 2nd and no outs. You need someone with swing and miss stuff. Also, what the hell was Montoyo thinking not pinch-hitting Grichuk in the 9th?! The guy's absolutely lost at the plate. And why In Gods name is he batting 6th?! Montoyo is a jackass
  16. Damn, poor Bobcat. I hadn't heard ANYTHING about it. Pretty crazy after all this time that the biggest name in Canadian sports talk radio only has 7 thousand subs on Youtube. Internet viability is all about how big of a social media profile you can create and it doesn't look like McCown's spent any time in building that. A shame. It sucks that even household names in this day and age can't make it anywhere without the system.
  17. https://www.youtube.com/c/FadooProductions/videos Check it out. I had no idea he was back doing his own thing and none of my buddies did either. I know some folks here don't like him, but I figured there's likely a lot of folks here like me who were fans of him and didn't realize that he had a new show Cheers.
  18. I like the trade! Jays are back in Canada for the first time in 2 years. It's a display of confidence to the team and to the fans. Sure, under normal circumstances I'd say it's not the time to go all in, but Berrios could be a game changer. Starting pitching was the biggest weakness and this strengthens the rotation significantly.
  19. What a catch! What a game! What a day! I've said before that I don't see this team contending because their lack of pitching, but Berrios is a damn BIG acquisition. Hopefully these guys can get on a run and sneak into a WC spot... Stranger things have happened!
  20. I don't see him being a negative influence. I think it would be a positive. They're a young team. It would do em some good to have a superstar veteran in the clubhouse.
  21. Yeah, cause it's not like the Jays got any favorable calls either:rolleyes: For example, Stripling clearly walked Hill in the 5th which would've loaded the bases.
  22. Doesn't matter. Alonso is clearly the centerpiece of that lineup and the batter that the most attention needs to be placed on and he literally JUST hit a bomb off of Borucki. Why put him in the position to do the same again?
  23. I really have to wonder what the hell Atkins is thinking and whether he's the right guy for the job if he thinks Montoyo is doing an acceptable job. Is there even a manger in the league who's worse? If there is, I can't think of one.
  24. Any chance the Jays might think about bringing Donaldson back? He would be a substantial upgrade at 3rd base and it would be great for the city to have him back on the team.
