    Since his value has plummeted so much, we will not trade him and he will get a QO. He will probably accept the QO and come back for a 1 yr deal to build his value up. Since we will offer him a QO, no one will think he is as valuable as a 1st round draft pick.. Which, at this point, is more valuable then we could get back in trade.

    Our D and offense have certainly not helped our pitchers, however our pitchers have been horrible in giving back runs the inning after we score, tie or get close.. Momentum killers😣

    I believe it is who you think, future, will be a bust. I wrote that prior to tonights start when he had a 36.00 ERA in AAA. Not saying this based on one start though just dont see him panning out.

    Why does Martin continue to pull the ball? He has success when he hits it up the middle and would probably have much more success if he tried to go to RF..

    What a horrible DP combo we have today... D is costing us daily...

    The point is that altough his stats sucked for all you analitazis, at the end of the day. He allowed 2 runs and pitched enough innings to get the win and have his team in a position for a win. Happ and Sanchez have done the same thing previously with walks, got out of the inning with minimal to no damage and had sucess. ( Not talking about 2018 Sanchez)

    I think they want him hurt, so they can put him on the 60 day DL and use his roster for spot for someone who can hit over the Mendoza line. Or that is what I am hoping anyway..

    Not too opppsed to a 10 yr deal due to the fact he is only 19 and that he would still be under 30. I think he has some body similarities like Prince Fielder and with no grass on the horizon at Rogers center, not sure how his body will hold up long term.
