Even if its over tomorrow, everyone needs to stop whining. Second year in a row we make the ALCS. We win an epic wild card game on a walk-off EE homerun and then proceed to crush our most hated rival, the Rangers, capped off with another walk-off win to wrap up the sweep at home. We havent played like we are deserving of a World Series berth. Three runs in three games simply isnt good enough and we have a aging team. JD, Bautista and Martin are all playing hurt.. not to mention we are facing the incredible Andrew Miller who has 20Ks through 9 innings of post season baseball against two of the best run producing clubs in the game..
We have witnessed some great moments over the last few weeks and we are still watching meaningful games on October 18th. I say just sit back and enjoy whatever happens tomorrow. The pressure is off the team, maybe this will be the spark they need..
