  1. https://www.milb.com/new-hampshire/news/paxton-schultz-promoted-to-triple-a-buffalo The Toronto Blue Jays announced Tuesday that right-handed pitcher Paxton Schultz has been promoted from the New Hampshire Fisher Cats to the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons. In 10 starts with the Fisher Cats this year, Schultz went 3-3 with a 3.30 ERA. He struck out 54 batters in 46.1 innings while issuing just 19 walks. In his final two starts, Schultz allowed one run in 10 innings with one walk and 13 strikeouts. Schultz spent the entire 2022 season with New Hampshire, going 7-6 with a 4.04 ERA in 25 appearances. He made a team-high 20 starts, led the Fisher Cats logging 104.2 innings, and his seven wins were the second-most on the team. The 25-year-old Utah native was originally selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 14th round of the 2019 MLB Draft out of Utah Valley University. Schultz was the player to be named later in a 2021 trade for outfielder Derek Fisher.
  2. There were reports yesterday suggesting Bartolo Colon was officially retiring but his agency squashed the rumor this afternoon https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2023/06/bartolo-colon-to-officially-retire.html
  3. Moniak has a 1.036 OPS in the majors, he wants out of your example
  4. Davis Schneider homers in back to back games, his 10th and 11th longballs for Buffalo.
  5. Chad Dallas was successful again in his second AA start. 5 innings allowing one ER on four hits, no walks and struck out four.
  6. Emilio Pagan is available in LoD
  7. Zulu had a pretty clear path to being first in line for this scenario, but has pitched his way out of the Bisons rotation.
  8. NH game starting in a few mins after getting rained out last night, Robberse on the bump
  9. They are about to get Mitch Garver back from injury. He's been known to go off on big power surges out of the C/DH spots and might get hot just in time to make up for some of that expected regression with Heim and co.
  10. Why would I drop him to waivers? Just picked him up this morning
  11. Sits low 90s and touches 95. Apparently was pitching in the high 90s during covid year workouts but hasn't shown up in games. His slider seems to be the true weapon. He's one of quite a few arms popping up in the system, who at least are looking like future MLB depth, if lacking the highest of upside.
