Yeah I don't feel like getting into a huge squabble over it but I think people are laying the hate on just a bit too thick. Remove some bad luck in that inning and this is a pretty solid start so far.
That one - pitch third out may have just bought Kershaw another batter or two but our guys have done a very good job working at bats today. Positive signs lately for sure.
It was right in his wheelhouse, if he had hit a home run would you still be saying he should be taking? You may only get one good fastball to hit against a guy like this.
Is it entirely possible that this is the best collection of right handed hitters (on paper), that Kershaw has ever faced in one day (outside of All Star games etc)? I'm not necessarily talking about the very present but in more general terms.
