    That would almost surely come with assault charges. You can hit someone with a ball, but not with a bat, that's just the way it is.

    Yeah that would be so tough to live with, even if it so happened that she really wasn't at fault in terms of causing or starting the argument. I remember at my sister's wedding my aunt advice was that you should never part ways or even go to sleep when you're mad at the one you love, take the time to sort it out. I guess this incredibly sad story is an example of why that holds true.
