    His intent was to give the guy an annoying shot in the head and that's what he did. There needs to be way more degree of impact to justify a multi game suspension. He barely touched the guy, we wouldn't even be talking about it if he hadn't snuck away in such a cowardly fashion. Sorry but you're trying to pass off a two minute roughing penalty as being way more than what it was. Marchand is a rat but that doesn't turn his minor penalties into majors.

    Nah, and the whiney victim crap from Leafs fans is pathetic. The two incidents aren't remotely comparable in terms of risk of injury to the victim. Kadri did something very stupid and was justly punished, let it go already.

    It's really not severe enough to warrant a longer suspension. Cowardly, unnecessary and all those other adjectives apply, but the degree of impact just wasn't there.
