It goes without saying but Jose Bautista had a phenomenal Blue Jays career and run from 2010-16. He was incredibly fun to watch and his story was amazing. I loved his attitude and everything he stood for. I often disagreed with what he said but he is a passionate guy and you have to take the good with the bad. He will be qualified and if accepts I would be happy to have him transition to 1B or possibly be the everyday DH. But he's not a major league Outfielder. His biggest weapon his arm is gone. I think he would make a very good transition to 1B but I don't know if he's open to it. Will see what happens but I loved the guy. He is one of the best players to put on the uniform.

Tough way to end things. I felt we were setup well too push this series further. I'm confident in our management to produce a roster good enough to compete again. As always it's nice to banter back and forth with you guys. The good and the bad. Hopefully its an enjoyable off-season.

Our rotation is set next year and looks like a good group. Especially with an improved bullpen and depth added. I also like the chances of Atkins and Shapiro rebuilding the offence well.

You could argue the dome should have been opened all three games. Sure it rained most of Monday. But by gametime it was was muggy and overcast and only a 10% chance of rain.

I wouldn't hate having him back. But considering his wife had to delete her twitter because of idiot Toronto fans. I'm sure he's happy to be looking at other options. He also had to delete his own twitter account. Lots of good times. But some downright miserable times as well.

Cecil should do well in free agency. Someone will give him a nice payday. It was an up and down tenure. But I will miss him.
