A lot would have to happen. Depending on how large this screen is you're virtually eliminating the pitcher as fielder. We could see real negative effects to the actual game like more bunting for example. More soft liners can result in hits. While a ball that is torched hits the screen and deflects to a fielder for an easy play. I just don't think it will ever happen. Or should happen. It's just an unfortunate thing that happens in the game of Baseball. s***** things happen.

Pumping out first round picks every year now. 2 more coming this year and they both play for Oregon. If anyone is looking for a team to cheer for in March Maddness it's the Oregon Ducks. Rowan Barrett Jr is also the #1 prospect in the 2019 class. His Dad is the Assistant GM of Canada Basketball so we are in good hands.

Well how high did you take him? I can't imagine his demand was that high. I don't draft until the night before the first game of the season. But he was pretty abysmal last year.

The future of our Basketball program is actually extremely promising. As for Baseball. Its been discussed that if LA hosts the 2024 Olympics that MLB would consider a break to allow the top MLB players to compete for their country. Perhaps that's the incentive needed. You would think you would want to compete for your country out of Pride though. If you're a Canadian baseball player and you see Canada get curbed stomped on National Television you would think that would bother them.

I would have liked to be in that South Korea group... Basically we have to beat Colombia in order to remain qualified for the next WBC. Otherwise we have to go through a qualification tournament. Hopefully players want to play in four years....

They are throwing Carlos Martinez at us s*** lol. I was hoping they would save him for the US and let us face Volquez. I want to watch but I also don't want to watch the Dominican claim Ryan Dempster's soul. If this was the 2006 WBC I might be more optimistic.

Can Upton not play CF anymore? I find it hard to believe Zeke is a better defender.

Probably shouldn't have gave J.P. Howell 3M if we were going to trot out Zeke vs RHP everyday and funds are that tight. Pagan should have been on this team 3 months ago. I don't even like him but he's vastly better than Latin Muni. It all goest back to Smoak and that random stupid contract extension.
