Still don't think they got enough. I think if the Royals waited until the deadline they might have got more desperate demand for his services. The only reason I think the Royals did this now is they are worried he won't stay healthy. Just not a Soler fan. He's got a lot to prove. It also annoys me that he's another guy bought with just money in the International market being the centre piece of a trade. Also being an extra Outfielder who sucks defensively and wouldn't have impacted the Cubs next year. Royals needed to get another decent prospect atleast for me. Will see. Not that I care for the Royals.

He had a tremendous season on the road. He's not a Coors only product in fact he hit 17 homeruns on the road and 12 at Coors. He has speed, he makes contact, moving to an Outfield corner will help his value even more. I love the player but Stroman straight up was a good no. Rockies are going to move an Outfielder and Blackmon in LF should be a big target for us if the price is right.

So I guess Kenley can sign now. He won't get more but still insane 75-80M over 5 years. I will laugh if it's the Marlins.

17M a year for a one inning reliever. Money like this has blown up in the Yankees face of them before. He's not going be disgusting forever.

This was a good laugh back in the day. Unfortunately this years Red Sox are very much for real. Just such a young exciting core of great position players with a great staff. f*** I hate Boston.
