I know somebody who was convicted for domestic assault 2 years ago with eye witnesses. He got 30 days in Jail, a year probation, and had to go through an anger management course. Unless Osuna did severe life changing damages he won't spend much time in prison. Probably an excellent chance it never even gets that far with a good lawyer.

Tons of quality pieces to trade at the Deadline this year. Could put some more intriguing pieces around Vlad's Blue Jays Donaldson Granderson Pearce Happ Estrada Axford Clippard I assume they will hang onto Oh because of the cheap option they have for him next year.
