Game 2:
Notes: Ryan Borucki threw seven strong innings of one-run baseball against the Yankees on Sunday, but picked up a no decision.
The only run Borucki allowed was on an RBI ground out off the bat of Miguel Andujar in the first inning. He didn’t allow anyone to cross the plate over the next six innings, and he walked two and struck out five. Borucki has been exceptional since his call-up, and he’s allowed no more than two runs and gone six-or-more innings in all three of his starts.
