    Looks like Pearson is being activated July 29th. Exactly 7 days into the season. Not even trying to hide the service time manipulation lol. But he will be starting wherever we happen to be playing that day.

    How could it not be. This an absolute circus act. These players have absolutely no idea where they are going. Where they can have family. People like to plan not be in constant flux. I wouldn’t blame any player for saying f*** this.

    Unbelievably through all of this not a single player from the Blue Jays has opted out.

    True but they are still different cities. I’m not defending the decision just trying to rationalize it. At the end of the day it sucks.

    Orioles are travelling to Florida as well. Pirates never had to go to Florida. As it comes down to it. This is Florida’s fault.

    In perfect world they would use this time to get some much needed work done. But in reality nothing will probably happen. In a perfect world they just knock the Rogers Centre down and actually build a Baseball stadium in its place.

    If the players are going to sit in the stands. They should do it WWE style where they all get miced up.

    Borucki should still start. If he pitches out of the pen this year fine. But I don’t think the starting option should be ruled out going forward.

    I mean its really weird to see Fenway empty but once we get to Tampa it feel normal. I wonder if they will pipe in that heckler. Just play the old Hinske and Rios audio.

    He was starting to pitch well so they had to take him out.

    Could be. He threw 98 on the second or third pitch of the game. Maybe he just didn’t have confidence in his command today and is focusing on trying to keep the ball in the zone.
