  1. I would be fine cashing out on Grichuk but I don’t like the idea of trading Hernandez yet. I still have hope he can figure it out. Even some of the things he said the other day in the game when he took 3 walks. My worst fear is its going to click and hes Jose Bautista somewhere else. I don’t see any scenario in which any lineup piece is moved off the roster anyway. I just don’t move a top position player prospect either. Unless its of the younger Latin prospects further away on top of some lower level prospects.
  2. I’m upset that Joe Panik is still on the roster.
  3. Probably working out a trade.
  4. Would prefer to aim a bit higher but the acquiring cost is cheap I’m down I guess.
  5. Caldwell was notorious during his playing career for his addiction to alcohol and partying; he possessed a self-destructive streak that many of his contemporaries believed stopped him from reaching his potential. In 1924, Miller Huggins wrote: 'Caldwell was one of the best pitchers that ever lived, but he was one of those characters that keep a manager in a constant worry. If he had possessed a sense of responsibility and balance, Ray Caldwell would have gone down in history as one of the greatest of all pitchers.'[2] Yet, despite his achievements on the field and his antics off it, Caldwell is perhaps best remembered for being struck by lightning whilst playing for the Cleveland Indians against the Philadelphia Athletics in 1919; remarkably, despite being knocked unconscious, he refused to leave the game, having pitched 8.2 innings, and went on to record the final out for the win. After the game, he had a serious concussion, but still decided to go out and smoke opium with prostitutes. He ended up marrying that same prostitute that he met that night, where he conceived four boys Greg, Adam, Colin and Samuel Caldwell. Guy was an absolute gangster.
  6. Billy McKinney would look good in an Angels uniform. Put a package together so they send over Bundy as well.
  7. No that’s exactly what the catcher wants you to do. A lot of the time players try that and never even get to the plate. You just have so much more control with a head first slide. His only shot was sliding around home plate and slipping his hand across the plate.
  8. Tabler just unloaded watching those long athletic legs secure this victory.
  9. Lock this down. Leave this hell hole with a split. DFA Panik post game and have a happy flight back to Buffalo!
  10. But my penis is now flaccid remembering Drury is hitting for Grichuk
  11. f*** Yes I Love Biggio!
  12. I mean I felt really confident about Giles until Buntoyo broke him.
  13. It absolutely disgusts me that Panik is getting another at-bat. But with Grichuk’s injury hands are tied. Last game for him please.
  14. Well that have been substantially worse. Dolis got his groundballs. Just don’t walk the chubby Asians next time.
  15. Honestly you gotta consider letting Romano get us 4 outs. We need this win.
  16. Espinal you have one job.
  17. Why is Font the one that’s always available lol. I swear he pitches every game.
  18. Dolis we want to like you man. We are trying so hard
  19. We’re gonna have to use Bass and Romano again because Dolis can’t throw strikes. Jesus H. Christ
  20. Shulman speculated that Grich may have reaggravated his back injury playing on this turf.
  21. He has to be hurt. Only logical explanation.
  22. Ryu has done it twice. And Shoemaker once.
  23. Panik better not hit this inning if it gets to him. He’s done on this team.
  24. Good Ol’ Poupy Loupy!
