Kemp made an absolute fool of himself. He thinks he gets a special strikezone because hes tiny. Little man syndrome took over from there.

Yup they are great for protecting workers. Especially those who deserve it. But its double edge sword and a very abused system which is the sad part. Its almost impossible to lose your job. I have seen people do thousands of dollars of damage and got suspended with pay.

You should see unions at construction sites and for pipe fitters. Dude was found passed out in a work truck in a drive thru. Passed out with a face full of cocaine. Kept his job. Was relocated and promoted 6 months later.
