  1. In a sense yes. I just don’t think we should have traded Frasso to get that guy. We do need length though. Our bullpen arms are going to blow out in June at this rate.
  2. Frasso has an outside shot at being a back end Starter. And he has the stuff to pitch at the back end of any bullpen. That’s his worst case scenario. Mitch White stuff isn’t even comparable. He could be the 5th Starter on a rebuilding team but best used as a Swingman or Longman on a good team. A depth arm on a World Series contender. That trade was puzzling the moment it happened.
  3. A few people also quoted me for saying Pop blows in Spring. Now his ERA is 5 lol. But Pop should be mostly fine. Hes been overused.
  4. It also needs to be an Outdoor stadium with a roof for climate control. People in Montreal want to be outside in the Summer time. Another dome would not go well.
  5. Las Vegas A’s has a nice ring to it. In no way wiill they change the team name from the Athletics. Its been the name of the franchise since 1901 across 3 cities.
  6. Getting rid of Bass makes a lot more sense than Richards. Ideally you don’t want to get rid of anyone. But if you want to bring up Pearson hes the guy to move. Unless they want to option Pop or Cimber.
  7. 3 of those walks came his first 2 outings. It was -3 in Buffalo
  8. I mean Pop's throwing mid 90's with movement. Not really a fair comparison. I think he needs to lose the sinker and turn that into a 2-seamer. Get the movement going side to side instead of down. That slider can go strike to ball down.
  9. That move needs to be made now. Pearson looks great and most importantly his command has been much better.
  10. Probably a direct result of being overworked. He has just pitched so much.
  11. This Bullpen is not good enough. Plain and simple.
  12. What Pop can learn from this is the importantance of missing bats. He reverted to old Zach Pop. He gave up multiple 2 strike hits that inning. They didn't hit them hard but the keyword is they hit them.
  13. Pop was thrown so much. He was due for a bad inning.
  14. This is what swing and miss does. Zero advancement.
  15. Another really good AB. Good for Lukes
  16. I just don’t understand why. Hes thrown 77 pitches and has been fantastic. He’s the only pitcher we should see in the 8th.
  17. Holy f*** Schneider stop warming dudes up. Just let Berrios pitch.
  18. I never said I prefer it. I told you why they are doing it. I really don’t think it makes much of a difference. I would be fine with Chapman hitting higher in the Lineup though.
  19. This game is almost over. Started like an hour and 20 minutes ago.
  20. Berrios in good shape to just go 8 complete tonight. No reason to use the Bullpen at all.
  21. Coming from you that’s pretty funny. But you keep asking the question. So I decided to give you the answer.
