  1. He looked pretty clearly out. Homeplate umpire is f***ing high
  2. This game been absolutely Malding so far.
  3. So this is what Aaron Sanchez was talking about with competitive walks.
  4. Cardinals have some really f***ing annoying hitters.
  5. Yes. He was mostly fine last year.
  6. It helps when you don’t swing at s***
  7. Just like that your down 3-0. And it look like it’s going to be tough to score today.
  8. That sucked. I have gotten use to that being automatic.
  9. The thing about Belt is he’s going to have to hit to play. There’s legit options on the bench. Addison Barger is banging on the door. And the Jays won’t hesitate to add to this team either. I ultimately think it’s going to be a good signing.
  10. He’s still not throwing a no hitter.
  11. I feel Bo could probably be a good Defensive Second Baseman. But its not going to happen at Shortstop.
  12. Gausman was not f***ing around with Knizner. He knows he can’t hit lol
  13. So yea if Pearson is just going to be a reliever in AAA I understand the decision less. I’m kinda surprised they were so quick to pull the plug on him completely as a Starter.
  14. Vladdy - 2 Points - JaysAllMighty Bichette - 2 Points - Stangstag Belt - 4 Points - Grant Varsho - 4 Points - Springer - 4 Points -Omar Chapman - 4 Points - Dylan Kiermaier - 6 Points Jansen - 6 Points - Jonn Biggio - 8 Points Off the bench: 20 Points
  15. I’m assuming Nelson Cruz is hanging on trying to join 500 Homerun club. But he was so f***ing awful last year. I don’t even think it’s remotely realistic.
  16. My main gripes from yesterday was the decision to bring in Mayza when Swanson looked great to finish that inning. Set up situation for Mayza to face Goldschmidt when Swanson was more than capable of retiring lefties. And obviously pitching to Arenado with a base open instead of the Cardinals back up catcher was just plain stupid.
  17. I’m so happy Baseball is back. Can’t wait to spend my entire Saturday just watching games.
  18. Also down for this. In the Shootout teams can pick their shooters. Why not have something similar in Baseball.
  19. This might be the boldest yet.
  20. So the way the guy jogged out onto the field. He was either completely oblivious to the fact that he can’t be on the field. Or somebody gave him permission and it wasn’t communicated to other security. I find it hard to believe someone is that stupid and wants to embarrass himself infront of the women he wants to marry.
  21. I’m surprised its never been discussed. I think people would want to see each teams best 3 hitters in that situation. Better for everybody teams and fans. I’m not a fan of the gimmick in the first place. But if you’re going to do it. May as well make it as interesting as possible.
  22. Pretty cool stat from last night. George Springer is the first player in American League history to record 5 hits and 4 runs scored on Opening Day.
  23. I really enjoy aggressive base running. I think you trust veteran players like Springer and Kiermaier to make reads in those situations. The Kiermaier one was just as risky as the Vlad one. A lot of players definitely get caught to close to first base in that situation and thrown out at second on the force out. We got rid 2 of our dumbest base runners in Teo and Gurriel so that helps as well.
