    I really hope Bieber resigns here It seems the Jays are making noise around the league how this is a top notch club house, competitive club, high payroll availability. Having a rotation of Gausman, Bieber, Yesavage, Berrios next year would be awesome

    100% im so happy we got this guy. This was a huge game if we lost down 3-1 wouldn't have been good scherzer came through big time And speaking of earning their contract, Andres Gimenez has been ELITE these playoffs.

    i know Santander hasn't produced much this post season but he's had very good AB's. I think for Cam Schlittler too something like 25-30% of all his pitches were thrown to Santander. I'm hoping for a big game from him one of these games to get the monkey of his back and start producing. IT would be a huge win for the team

    I was laughed at by most of the long time posters here when I said pre post-season that we will only go as far as Max takes us this post season. If he comes out dealing tomorrow and we win it'll be huge for this series

    Id keep his pinch count low to make sure he's fully ready to go for Monday personally Who knows if you'll need Bieber for game 6 back in Toronto on Sunday. If were facing elimination do you go with Biebs or Yesavage?

    Every inning is important in the postseason Game 3 probably would've been different if Scherzer came in for Bieber Im on the have Scherzer on the roster. Being calm and composed when the stakes are high is equally as important as your stuff in the playoffs. You cant be successful without one of those

    I said pre series. Including Bruihl over Scherzer or Bassit made absoloutely no sense I dont care about how they performed in September. Case in point look at Vladdy and even Varsho and Clement who didnt have strong september. It's Max freaking Scherzer he needs to be on the roster even if its a bullpen role. Bassitt too

    solid 3/4 starter? i think he can be a cy young type, his splitter might be the best pitch in baseball Let's just hope he remains to stay humble and keeps that drive to strive and continue to improve.

    Im loving being up 2-0 But I still dont understand how scherzer is off the roster in fsvour of Bruihl. Scherzer is built for the postseason. Very moronic move

    that's a better ERA than Kevin Gausman's 4.91 career post-season ERA, or his 6.70'ish career post-season ERA as a Blue Jay Our #1 starter Gausman also just threw a stinker in a must-win game. I'm going to ride and die with Scherzer, and the Blue Jays post-season success will be dictated by Scherzer. My 2 cents

    I know Scherzer has had his struggles of late But its Max Freaking Scherzer. This is what we got him for, for the big lights, big pressure. Personally there's nobody else other than Scherzer id rather have on the mound this post-season. Some guys are made for the post season in every sport. Every year its the same thing... doesn't matter how regular season was, playoffs they elevate. I have no doubt thats Max and he needs to be in there

    Shatkins were playing 4d chess with us We all thought he was making a move for sasaki But straw was the real target and his 1.7 WAR this season What an acquisition Kyle's freaking Straw was this year. Unreal!

    gotta trust the Jays here they probably think his arm is toast. worrisome that he wasn't able to regain his velocity, and his command has been very suspect.

    The Red Soxs vs. Tigers series could potentially be a series to decide which one of those two teams gets in the playoffs. It's remarkable how Detroit stumbled and the Guardians skyrockets this month.

    i hope we don't clinch a playoff spot today. if we do means both Jays and Tigers win today. i'd rather Jays and Gaurdians win today

    Personally not so sure on that Bo is a career 800+ OPS shortstop. Projects as .300+ , 20+ HR, .800+ OPS bat at shortstop and is only 27 Someone is going to give him stupid money.

    At what point do jays look at giving Bassit and Berrios a game or two coming out of bull pen? So its not completely foreign come playoff time. At this point neither is probably starting a game in ALDS. Than ALCS and WS if we make it there its 4 starters max. No matter how anyone performs i dont see a world where Gausman Bieber and Scherzer aren't our starters

    He was absoloutely filthy. The stuff, the delivery, just the overall presence guy looks like a future Cy Young

    Gomenez is the real MVP of this game. We dont win this game without him in my opinion. Bo can walk really. Runs saved are just as important as RVIs and way more important at SS
