I know a lot of people bash AA for dealing the future away. And yes, he dealt a shitload of prospects. But I'm curious...How are all of these prospects performing? We all know what Thor is doing (recent injury aside), but are there any others that have become key pieces in their current organizations futures? I'm really curious at who we dealt that we're sorely regretting moving. And I'm not trying to be facetious...I really don't know. I haven't spent the time to look into it. I'm just curious if this is just lashing out at AA and if not, who the players are that we most regret moving. -

It's kinda of hilarious that a broken nail stops a pro athlete. I understand that you can't pitch effectively like that, but when your just talk about a broken nail on the surface it sounds stupid... Especially if you compare that injury to what players in other sports deal with. -

Great season for the kids... They were far better than I thought they'd be right away. Looking forward to the draft and July 1st improvements. Hunwick and Marincin are hopefully gone.

I'm a Leafs fan. I know exactly what it looks like when your team isn't bad enough for management to commit to a full on rebuild. And yes, I get that baseball and hockey are different, but the principle of building through drafting and developing applies to both sports. I don't have faith that this group will commit to strip it down and start over unless they're really that bad.

The worst thing that could happen is that we win 50 games, and during that abysmal season, we continue to get bit by the injury bug all season long. First, players that maybe we'd want to deal have diminished value due to the injuries, thus decreasing the chance that they'll move veterans for youth. Second, management gets fooled into believing that it's the injuries that are the main factor in this team underperforming, and decide to just retool and try again next year. I voted 50, but I hope to f*** we stay reasonably healthy.
