  1. Typical Pillar AB. First pitch pop out, god awful swing
  2. Wow. So there is no strike zone suddenly. Should be 2-2
  3. EE never does s*** until late July and then he murders everything in his sight.
  4. http://sas.suplitodomedia.com/articles_images/GamblersPalace/BAL-ORIOLES-vs.-TOR-BLUE-JAYS.jpg Marcus Stroman (2-0, 4.22 ERA) VS Mike Wright (1-0, 7.20 ERA) Lineups TBA. Three things to know about this game • Sunday was the second time that Wright's start was postponed due to bad weather, but the O's elected to send a rested Chris Tillman to the mound for the next game. Wright made his first start of the season against the Red Sox last Tuesday, picking up a win despite allowing four runs over five innings. • Toronto won 11 of 19 games against Baltimore last season, scoring 118 runs (6.2 per game), the Blue Jays' highest run total against any opponent in 2015. They scored 15 runs to support Stroman the last time he faced the Orioles. • Camden Yards has not been kind to Jose Bautista, even though he's played there more than any ballpark other than Toronto's Rogers Centre and Pittsburgh's PNC Park, both places he called home. In 74 games at Camden Yards, the Blue Jays slugger has the lowest batting average there (.202) of any park in which he's had more than 100 at-bats. Bonus thing to know about this game: • Orioles Hangout suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx My GDT record: 2-0 http://www.baseballpilgrimages.com/american/camdenyards.jpg
  5. Thor touched 101 MPH last night. He is f***ing incredible.
  6. Ugh, him and Kevin Cash were supposed to be amazing when they were prospects. I remember being excited about them and then I had to weep for the world I once knew.
  7. I mean everyone's fingernails grow at different speeds...
  8. This isn't the try forum, this is the get it done forum.
  9. I'm 2-0 now, I'm taking credit for salvaging this series. You're welcome.
  10. Bat boy PHing, "wanna get a look at him, we've heard good things about this kid we really have"
  11. A lot of our players pretty notoriously get off to slow starts, especially EE who does most of his damage post ASB. We looked pretty s***** last year too until after the break.
  12. Wasn't a fan of the Happ signing. Happily munching on my words right now.
  13. Legitimately no one to be excited about. Alford is good but he's not elite. Outside of him...bleh.
  14. Devon Travis taking live BP today
  15. http://sas.suplitodomedia.com/articles_images/GamblersPalace/TOR-BLUE-JAYS-Vs.-BOS-RED-SOX.jpg J.A. Happ (1-0, 2.25 ERA) vs Clay Bucholz (0-1, 10.00 ERA) Three things to know about this game • Buchholz is 13-9 with a 3.40 ERA in 28 career games (27 starts) against the Blue Jays. • Jose Bautista has more career at-bats against Buchholz than any other player. He comes in hitting .241 (14-for-58) with one home run, five RBIs and 13 strikeouts. • David Ortiz holds the all-time record for doubles (65), home runs (59) and RBIs (182) against the Blue Jays. Monday will be Ortiz's final Patriots' Day with the Red Sox, as he will retire following the 2016 season. LINEUP: Saunders Donaldson Bautista Encarnacion Tulowitzki Martin Goins Pillar Carrera Yes, Carrera will continue to get ABs as an MLB player.
