    With Zeke/Smith/Bautista and Pillar only gone for 2 games(and really it's just one game they were covering) why bother calling up a 4th OF though? Let Coghlan/Barney/Goins slough it out in LF in a pinch.

    Same, it seems like they're trying to hard. It's gone away from being a sports show with humour to a sideshow about sports. To each their own of course. And sometimes I do listen to them.

    A flyer and some time in Dunedin, but, he's nothing I would pencil in being on my 40 let alone big league roster. I've been in wait and see mode on Shatkins. I think they've done a solid job so far and as mentioned earlier I feel like they'll make the small steady moves to improve the club, but, are not big gamblers like AA was. I think they'd probably make the Donaldson deal, but, not the Dickey or Marlins deals and that's not applying hindsight.

    This is key because normally players must stay in the minors for 10 days when optioned down except for recall due to injury or because the team he has been optioned to season has ended.

    It's weird to me how they give credit to the arms developed through the system to the teams pitching coach.

    That list is missing Colabello and Matt Dominguez. We have 2 spots until Floyd comes off the DL where we'd have 1. 1 for the presumed 3rd catcher.
