Props to Hutchison for pulling it together after a rough 1st inning. The Hutchison hate has to stop. The guy has been completely unlucky. Abnormally high BABIP. Abnormally low LOB%. Those two things pretty much explain his high ERA. There's nothing more to it. He's pretty much the same guy he's always been, his command is the same, his control is the same, his BB rate is the same, his K rate is about the same, velocity about the same, his luck is not the same. I can't believe people actually want to demote him... give your head a shake. -

I never understood that. If you already have a speedster on the bases, why not just have him steal vs. bunting over and giving up an out. Chance of SB and runner on 2B, nobody out > Chance of sac'ing him over and 1 out
