  1. No HR and no more than 1 BB his last 3 starts... now that's a Dickey I can live with.
  2. Why you swiniging at that shot anyway
  3. Now there's a fight I'd like to see. My money's on Madbum, he's a beast.
  4. May I remind people that we should never see Colabello in LF again...
  5. Is he due? Just hope Revere doesn't struggle... sometimes players switch teams and it takes them a while to get back into their groove.
  6. God, I hope Travis is back sooner than later... line-up is that much more redonkulous with his bat in it.
  7. Yeah... I'm not defending this move by any means, I'm just not sure it's quite as egregious as people are making it out to be.
  8. I don't think it's as bad as people are making it out to be. Most of Colabello's woos were from playing LF, at least that's never going to happen again *knock on wood*
  9. Yeah, I can't trust that guy after the things I've read.
  10. Mass confusion.
  11. This is cause for celebration, LET'S GO DRINKING
  12. You're getting off track now, I meant to indicate performance.
  13. Is the turf wreaking havoc on Tulo already?
  14. Talent = performance, this year Pretty much all stats point to Hutch having a fine season outside ERA.
  15. Yes, Hutch's slider doesn't break as much but you're still choosing to ignore the plain and simple data. xFIP and FIP (etc.) are much better indications of talent than ERA. Hutch has the highest BABIP in the majors, it's not sustainable. http://www.fangraphs.com/leaders.aspx?pos=all&stats=pit&lg=all&qual=y&type=8&season=2015&month=0&season1=2015&ind=0&team=0&rost=0&age=0&filter=&players=0&sort=12,d
  16. The stats are plainly indicative that it's luck, or lack there of. No person with an adequate baseball mind would disagree with this.
  17. FIP, xFIP, BABIP, LOB%... needs literally no explanation. The only number you can look at is ERA, apparently. You're hopeless, Lol.
  18. His soft contact is even up this year, significantly. Poor bastard.
  19. There's absolutely no way you can refute it being mostly bad luck if you look at the details, sorry but it's true.
  20. That's very interesting, thanks for sharing. I don't think they're advanced stats, it's fairly logical that he's been mostly unlucky.
