    At 1B he's not nearly as much of a liability as LF, he may even provide some overall value there... and his fWAR seems accurate to me based on how atrocious his LF defense was/is. Keep him out of LF and you wont hear any complaints from me. UZR/150 2015: 1B: -10 LF: -44.7 (lol)

    Personally, I love what AA has done to improve the line-up... patched up all the cracks and holes. Tulo = no more Reyes shakey defense and clumsy bat Revere = no more s*** defense in LF, now a decent lead-off bat (temporarily until Travis is back) Really solid defense all across the diamond, particularly with Smoak at 1B. Navarro is a fine back-up catcher, would prefer he had less playing time though, as Martin is a stud. Though it's possible that Pompey would have done more for the club than Revere, at least with Revere you pretty much know what you're getting.
