    Love this! Outliers excepted, maybe D + 3 is a reasonable expectation for the facility to upwardly affect outcome potential? Like 10% of our 3rd round and above prospects might achieve higher than expected results? It's not a be all end all test, I am just trying figure out a realistic expectation on our minor leagues. We spent a s*** ton of money...what did we buy?

    I don't think anyone expected day one results from.any player no matter their tenure within the organization...at least not on this site.

    This is more what I was referring to. What kind of impact top to bottom on our minor keague depth is it having? For instance (you guys know the names better than I), thekid we got from Seattle that started off slow and killed it late season for Vancouver. Is the complex showing results for "3 years" out players as they climb through the ranks? I feel that a lot of questions and responses here are suspect troll worthy but I honestly would love to talk about our prospect pipeline and where we can see 'semi...lol' permanent results and progression. Was Brandon Barriera's progression a blip or trend? I guess we have to assume the complex will start churning out ML talent but when is a realistic expectation?

    I don't think building this type of complex is about a specific player and wanting a specific outcome. My expectation would be to uncover a few more 'diamonds in the rough" type talents by utilizing the technology inherent in that type of facility to see what other orgs missed when scouting. Your response seems a bit flippant to be honest, you knew the answer already? Did you not expect more late round pics to turn into real talent when this was announced?

    This article is from 2021...is this the year we start to see the value this facility was supposed to add? I get that you can't control the talent you can send there, but I am disappointed in what the Jays ROI has been from this so far.     If the Jay's had given up similar value in prospects etc to make that deal I wouldn't be happy. Sucks the Yanks have.him for a year but that is a price I'm glad the Jay's didn't pay.

    I want him to join the Jays no matter what it costs just to see him enter Cooperstown wearing a Jays hat.

    The Jay's only trade high end talent for players with term. I know it's the off-season but...? So many threads just end up in back and forth semantics...which is better than nothing. Continue on my friends!

    What a strange trade. I don't follow the minutae of 40 man roster stuff etc but could someone give me the Coles notes on why either team did this?

    I marginally use this site on my phone. The ad block is pretty similar between my Galaxy A70 phone and my desktop.

    Maybe buy less bras and dildos yah freaks? Just a thought. I offered to send some $ to help with costs since I am on here a fair bit but was told the site is self-sufficient. I wouldn't mind pitching in to make the experience better. It would be nice to have other responses other than "thanks" for instance.

    After listening to a lot of the players reactions it really seems like JD & RA have lost the trust in the dugout. Barrios can't trust John to make the right decision even if it wasn't John's final call. I hope there was a good reason that Click and Mattingly were made part of the inner circle for a reason

    If what he says is true (and from what I understand of the case/evidence he is speaking truthfully) then I will honestly take a bit more time judging stuff like this when it hits the media/social networks. I have a self admittance bias against rich people. Pursuing money is the anathema of what society and family should be based on...but not all 1%'ers are beyond hope apparently. Congrats to Bauer for fighting the good fight.

    Not wrong. Manoah burned a lot of team and fan empathy with his antics. Hope he gets a mental coach or whatever and starts looking in the mirror for solutions to his problems. I would think a lot of his teammates are disappointed he isn't with them but know that it's for the best for.his long-term goals.

    I, along with all of you I am sure, am looking forward to a board and fan base in unison, all cheering for the amazing things our team might show us starting Tue. All the bickering regarding roster spots and true worth can be lain aside now that the "fresh-start" season is here and we made the f***ing playoffs!!! We now have the opportunity to snuff the torches and store them away. Face the pitchforks face down in the shed. Let fire under the tar for feathering cool... And just watch 'troll-less", no-baiting, at least marginally less s*** take baseball. For at least 2 games. Prays be!!!
