    The projections are highly biased. Pablo Sandoval is projected to have 1 WAR. Pillar is only projected around 2 Nobody does any variance analysis. Someone needs to look at actuals vs 2016 projections to determine if these projections are any good in the first place

    Would Milwaukee give away Braun for Contract, or they would want assets in return. Make them take Smoak and give them Pompey.

    Braun is really good, his deal isn't even that bad., comparatively speaking. He would be a huge add, and I think his bat even plays at DH probably better than EE

    Usually the DH has to be more than an above average hitter. There is a chance he is that, but last yer he had the second worst WRC of all the DHs. That is just a fact. In 2015 he was middle of the road So the best case scenario really is that he is an average DH. Worst Case Scenerio is that we will extract the lowest value out of the DH Position than any other team in the American League. This is us replacing one of the best overall bats in the majors.....and we still paid $33 Million.

    Not for Stroman. We shouldn't trade any starters. If Eaton is available somehow without trading a starter I am all for it.

    For me I don't even care if we add on the position player side but we have to improve that bullpen. We can't go into another year blowong games early on If we manage to get into the playoffs, which seems unlikely right now, we need those elite relievers to win It must be an absolute priority to find the next Zach Britton Andrew Miller etc. Dont sign Cecil. Need to bring in as many failed starters as possible

    I dont think they are done, I just think that we wont be seeing an impact name. Maybe Resign Cecil and add Sean Rodriguez and they will call that an offseason. Clever way of disguising a payroll cut.

    Apparently according to Heyman Jays aren't even trying to Sign Bautista or Edwin. Maybe the purse is closed, $135M payroll

    I meant to say Trading Stroman weakens our rotation greatly. A great rotation is how we have differentiated ourselves from the AL East we shouldn't give up this advantage
