Still a winnable game. Stroman will settle and Wilson can be hit. This team needs to stop blowing basic plays, though. It's seriously killing them.

Any hate on EE for that is misplaced. He wasn't playing his natural position. Reyes was here, and, worse, he stood there staring like a 10-year-old in a softball game as his teammate did his job for him.

Reyes booting that is one thing, but then making Melky sprint in to get the ball? Dude.

I can't speak to his performance when he's doing his job well (which is when he's invisible), but he needs to pipe down on plays like that. The ball clearly didn't go that far and he was right there to recognize that. Reyes also needed to turn on the gas too.
