I think AA's plan was one of Estrada, Sanchez or Norris as the 5th starter, move Navarro for pen help. Stroman going down really hurt, and teams not wanting Navarro's salary meant AA was in a tough spot with no money. He was pretty much forced to give young arms a long look but I don't think it was plan A. Still should have kept Delabar and stretched out Osuna though IMO.

Moving a top piece for Hamel's to move Sanchez to the pen would be a win move IMO. Worst case you have Stroman back next year with Hamel's, Hutch and Norris as a starting point. You bullpen has Sanchez, Castro, Osuna, Cecil as a base if they aren't moved in the deal. Upgrade 2 areas with 1 stone.

I'm saying something like Hoffman for Hamels could be the difference maker and its not like its a horrible thing in 2016 either when we lose Dickey, Buehrle. Hoffman is not a guarantee, no prospect is.

I'll say similar line to Norris' outing, 3 less Ks with more ground outs. 2 of his runs will be from fielders choice grounders or DPs and he'll give up a solo homer to Davis. I'd say 5 1/3 IP 6H 3BB 3ER 2K

You guys seem so shocked that Buehrle has given up some hits, some deep hits, and only given up 1 run. That's sort of how he did it most of last year. He just gives you quality starts, he gets roughed up sometimes, he's not a strikeout pitcher. He probably has one of the higher career OBA's in the league.

I'm watching the O's broadcast and they are talking about Autism awareness. The guy said he thinks 54% of all boys are effected... lmao. No no it's 1 in 54 at most. I should know my son is diagnosed but anyway it's for a good cause.
