I just want a freakin game where we aren't battling back. We've had what, 2 maybe 3 games out of 9 in the postseason where we've had the lead first. It just sucks the life out of the game. We need our SP ready to go from the getgo.

That's why you just say who's going, "cool have fun" then PM anyone you care to go with. Yesterday my buddies were in row 36 in 515, probably the worst seats in the stadium. I was in 100 outfields, 2 empty seats beside me they came down after 2nd inning rest of game.

Holland isn't far off, I was right behind Bautista in the outfield yesterday. If he wasn't stretching he was doing small glove gestures or taking big sighs between calls or hits. Didn't really notice it though until Hawkins/Tepera came in and s*** hit the fan.

I believe they were $50-$60 for yesterday's game, so it's not out there. StubHub will protect you the buyer (see stangstag). So if the ticket doesn't let you in, you file a complaint and they will refund you. That's when you see a scalper at game time and hope for a near face value ticket, knowing you will be getting your money back from the previous purchase. You could also buy another on stubhub at that point for dirt cheap and someone mentioned a while back that there is a UPS store close by that lets you print from your phone.

If you are able to go, then freakin' go. Seriously, if I didn't have to work I'd be at every game. I've gone to two games so far and had to sell the ALDS Game 5 ticket because of work. It's too bad we never got a weekend home game.

We really need to stop with the Escobar hate as the leadoff man. He's probably sporting the highest postseason OBP of the 4 remaining teams while we keep putting Revere out.

Basically this. Being a realist doesn't disqualify you from being a diehard fan. I'm most surprised this series didn't have more intensity. KC didn't get dirty, they didn't want to piss us off or get us energized. They played level headed ball and up to this point have flat out kicked our ass in this series. Anything can happen but it's not looking too good for us, we got to play up to our potential and take it one game at a time.

I said the same thing to my buddy at the game. Today showed us he has a chance to succeed as a starter again. You don't know what could be if you don't try, he's looked like a different pitcher all year. He'd also be a lot more valuable to us as a starter, what's the harm in giving him a couple ST starts?
