  1. Really? He’s still young and I think he can be really good. Pitcherlist just ranked him as their 37th starter for 2019!
  2. I just had a look at the BORED draft compared to this one and it’s wild how much deeper that one was. Turner went like 20 picks later and Kikuchi went at 42 compared to 18 here.
  3. Sorry guys. Just got home. Will pick in the next 15mjn
  4. I’ll take E Suarez. Can someone PM next?
  5. Sorry for the delay, guys. Building IKEA furniture this aft... I’m gonna take Syndergaard and trade to Dinger for: Robles Rodgers Mize MiLB 18 Dinger to confirm and TRM on the clock. Will message him now.
  6. Not 100% sure, but I think MiLB 4 is missing on the dispersal asset list.
  7. I will be actively shopping my high dispersal picks. Looking for high-end prospects coupled with young MLB pitching. Since there is a tight turnaround between the opt-in cutoff and the start of the draft, I will have to negotiate prior to knowing which picks I have. Open to discussing conditional deals that would be contingent on obtaining a certain pick and / or a certain guy being available. Some really nice names that may be available, including: Machado Giancarlo Rizzo Rendon Bellinger and more!!
  8. Eh, whatever. I'll do a dispersal...it'll be fun to mix things up, even though I'm probably going to end up with a worse team.
  9. I think that it's smart to stay humble and to be transparent with your weaknesses
  10. What do the assets of other dispersal teams look like compared to the team that I'm taking over? It's always fun to do a dispersal, but I don't really want to do one with only two teams where the other team is a shitbag.

Plus he's due $3M in signing bonus in July. Paying out $1.25M for a $6.25M cap hit sounds like a pretty attractive piece for a cap floor team.
  13. Good summary of Bo Bichette over at PitcherList today. I know it’s from a fantasy perspective, but interesting analysis nonetheless: https://www.pitcherlist.com/going-deep-bo-knows-baseball/
  14. I’m interested in the degree to which the org gets involved with some of the softer sides of development. 1. What level of support does the team provide relating to nutrition? How important is nutrition to your development? 2. What other non-physical training does the team provide/mandate?

Maybe we're talking about different things, but yeah these odds assume that you have successfully scored two TDs in the only 2 possessions that you have left and aren't your W/L odds prior to those TDs. There's been a lot of discussion on it: http://www.footballperspective.com/down-14-scoring-a-touchdown-and-then-going-for-2/

It actually increases your odds of winning the game (Doug Pederson did the same thing a few weeks ago). Assuming a 50% chance of converting a 2pt conversion and a 95% chance of converting the EP, your odds breakdown as follows: - Win (2pt succeed + EP) = 47.5% - Tie (2pt succeed + miss EP OR 2pt fail + 2pt succeed) = 27.5% - Lose (2pt fail + 2pt fail) = 25% Assuming that you have a 50-50 chance of winning in OT, that gives you a ~61% chance of winning the game by going with the 2pt approach. By kicking FGs, your odds are as follows: - Tie (EP + EP OR EP Fail + 2pt succeed) = 92.5% - Lose (EP + EP Fail OR EP Fail + 2pt Fail) = 7.5% Assuming a 50-50 chance of winning in OT, your odds of winning the game are only ~46%.
