    Good point. If they're classifying the Series Nacional that way, it would make sense that they treat the NPB the same way.

    With the age limit on international spending caps increasing to 25, it may mean Otani is staying in Asia for 3 more years. If this is the case, it really sucks for the MLB. Was really looking forward to seeing how he was used in the majors.

    For those who need a tendy - I'm willing to package a goalie for a FWD upgrade.

    He put up 5.7 fWAR between '14 and '15, so I think it's defensible to say that that he could revert to close to those levels, especially given the bounce back he had after he got traded back to the Cubs. 2/14 probably a little steep, but he definitely gets more than a minor league deal. Don't let him play the infield though.

    I'm starting to warm up to the idea of going after Chris Coghlan as a LF replacement for Saunders/Zeke. Real nice 2014 & 2015; s***** first half this year, but he turned it around after getting traded back to the Cubs (albeit in limited PAs). He's fine defensively in the OF and looks like a solid base runner. Not sure what his market will be but I'd be okay giving him 2/14.
