I had thought that we would have the dispersal draft before prospect cut-down/draft, but either way, it works for me. I do like the way that this spreads things out.

The goalies are stacked too. Real good for all those teams that desperately need one.

When are we doing the dispersal draft lottery? It's random, right?

It sucks that with the new lottery system, the last place team still has a ~40-45% chance to pick 4th. That would be so Leafs.

Laine would be fantastic, although anyone in the top 5-6 would be another significant piece. Really hoping that the Pens sneak in at the 7th or 8th seed & lose in the 1st round. 2 top 16 picks would be another great step in the rebuild.
