    I would look to trade EE before the start of next season anyway. He has a ton of value because of the HR totals and low contract which should get a solid return. I don't think he is going to age well with his injury history and he has no position value. Need to maximize his value. The way the Blue Jays have started off the season doesn't impact my thinking towards this stance though.

    Yeah it was more of a rhetorical question lol. I wonder if there are numbers out there on shift efficiency. Jays seemed to give up a lot of hits this series because of it.

    Jays are tied for 3rd with 13 DRS on the season. Could you imagine how many runs the Jays would give up if their defense was average?

    WAR always underrates Dickey and Buehrle so they aren't that bad. Also if the team is in it by June/July they should acquire a SP.

    Thats why you don't let personal bias influence the team. Sure the pitching has been awful but it probably won't be this bad for too much longer. I think I read somewhere the Jays started out with the same record last year. If the pitching can get going this team can win a lot of games.

    Its May lol. See where the team is in July then see what direction to go. The team has an elite offence. If the pitching comes around this team can have a realistic shot at the division. Rest of the AL East hasn't done much.
