more than likely. I honestly don't fault casual fans in Toronto too much. When you learn baseball by watching/listening Buck and Pat you are going to believe a bunch of BS since Buck and Pat give the wrong messages.

bullpen is pretty rested. All the crap pitchers were the ones getting work. Osuna, Hendricks, Cecil all rested.
