  1. He doesn't have much deception to his delivery and while the fastball and curveball have great movement the velocity is very different. If he could develop a better changeup it would really help him get more swing and miss with the fastball. Also while his curve has great movement it doesn't have that late break like some guys do. Thats my guess anyway.
  2. They do I'm sure. It means "I'm cooking" so try to stop me. James Harden does this all the time too lol.
  3. The thing with that AB was that Martin was set up on the other side of the plate so Martin had to move his glove across the zone to catch that making the ump think its a bad pitch. Some umps will call a strike more based on if he hits his spots than the actual location of the baseball to some degree.
  4. thats like saying Collabello could be great if he hits HRs every 5 Abs...
  5. That was the luckiest get out of the bases loaded 0 out jam I've ever seen.
  6. But no one who actually plays the game wants that.. Players have said they don't want that, so why would they do that?
  7. Replaced with what? Minor league umps are worse.... There aren't better available umpires just waiting around..
  8. Not sure why you guys are mad. Its been clear all year umps wont give you the call if you mare missing your spot and get the corner likethat. If Martin is set up there it will be a strike every time but he's not.
  9. You couldn't see his foot touch the bag. Should get a better camera angle.
  10. No wonder the jays get no calls, Gibby is bitching on ever strike.
