    Makes sense. Chicago is one of in not the best Sport towns in NA and the Cubs have been bad for a while. Also Wrigley field is one of the smaller venues so there isn't nearly as much supply. Cubs season ticket holders and fans actually go to the games while look at Toronto and it seems like half the people who bought tickets are looking to sell them to make a few bucks.

    I'd say the Rangers are quite a bit bigger. Dallas area is a much larger fan base and I get the feeling that Rangers have more fans across the state of Texas than the Astros do.

    Cubs Ticket Prices for WS are like 2K for the cheapest seat in the building.

    I was planning to use this strategy as well but then I saw SP on short rest put up awful numbers compared to regular rest. Estrada in that TEX ballpark with that RF really scares me though.

    If that were true my guess is they would go Gallardo Game 1 then Hamels, Hollan, Perez, Hamels. Still seems like a bad strategy as with Tulo back Jays will have only 1 LHH in their lineup. Wonder if Bannister pull his starters after 2 trips through the lineup.

    Stroman's GB rate would be really good in that Texas park and you get the advantage of Dickey in the dome. On the other hand, you don't really have the dickey effect if he pitches game 2 with the travel day and then if it comes down to game 5 you miss Stroman.

    The one thing that scares me with the Rangers is they have a great back end of that pen. Dyson, Kela, Tolleson are all very good vs RHB.

    I was saying I think Texas is a better team than their full season baseruns would indicate. They did get Hamels and much of their lineup seems to be healthy and playing well. Also by saying that I think Toronto is the clear favourite as their post deadline record is so good. The Jays lineup has been on fire in the 2nd half and almost all of out hitters are having amazing September's as well. Kevin Pillar hitting 139wRC+ for goodness sake..

    Rangers really aren't the same team as they were early on in the season. Neither are the Blue Jays to be honest. I think looking at how the teams performed in the 2nd half is more telling than full season baseruns. Just by evaluating the players the blue jays seem to have a very favourable matchup.

    I guarantee there are people who bought tickets thinking its a night game and have no idea it could be a day game. You underestimate these business people in Toronto who bought tickets and barely know a thing about baseball.

    What about all the people that have tickets thinking it will be a night game that have to work in the afternoon and won't be able to get work off? I think there is more people in that boat than the other way around which will mean more people will be putting their tickets up for sale.

    I think market is due for another drop. When there is 5000 tickets of supply on Stubhub prices are going to drop heavily. If you haven't sold your tickets already you might want to.

    Loup has been terrible of late. Gibby trying to give him a chance to show that he can be the 2nd lefty out of the pen but he's pitching himself off the roster.
