Is Tulo really a "character" guy? He's a guy that has an insane work ethic and is one of the most talented players in the game but he doesn't exactly have a charming personality. He's a guy you love to have on your team because he will do everything to win not and I think that's what makes him a "great teammate" not because he's a great guy.
I think its just the morons at SN that do it openly. Buck, Tabby, Jamie, Davis etc...
The beat writers like Shi, MaCarthur etc... are pretty unbiased in their writing.
If they don't play the Yankees its probably the 12pm start tbh. The way I see it for Friday is:
Mets Dodgers get primetime slot given big TV markets.
If Yankees make it to ALDS they get 7pm start
If no Yankees, and cubs make it then Cards/Cubs get 7pm. If its Pirates/Cards then that possibly gets bumped to 3pm
So really its going to come down to having the KC or Jays series at the 12pm start. KC has the same timezone as Hou/Tex and they are at home so likely will be later.
If you pause it at 17 seconds you can see him tagged without the hand on the plate.
What a f***in terrible job by SN. Make it look like the Jays got robbed even though one of the replays showed the tag.
Who does everyone have as the best?
Stephen Brunt
Shi Davidi
Ben Nicholson-Smith
Arden Zwelling
For me its Stephen Brunt on the TV side while Arden Zwelling might have the most interesting articles of anyone.
Its not like he's a recovering alcoholic and doesn't drink anymore. He used to be a party animal in his LA days but now he seems to be a lot more mature. He might not be getting sloshed everynight but he seems like the type of person who drinks wine a ton.
