    If the Sox offered Betts, Moncada, Devers, Espinoza, Benintendi it would certainly get the Angels thinking of a trade. If I was the Angels and the Sox added a couple more low end prospects I think I might actually do that.

    When you look at the other potential playoff rotations I don't think its that bad. Red Sox or Mariners rotation isn't any better IMO. You hope the offence turns it around soon though. I think the pen sorts itself out. Osuna, Cecil Floyd and Chavez is pretty good.

    Lol would you have rather the team finished 3rd last year and had a $120 Million payroll this year with Dan Norris and Jeff Hoffman still? I don't.

    Venditte and Tepera are both horrible and shouldn't be on the roster.

    I agree thats why they need to capitalize this year. A playoff run gives the team a lot more financial flexibility so they can acquire more talent in the offseason.

    This has been the last 5 min of every game this series. Its maddening. Only start moving once we hear that chick's annoying voice counting down the clock.

    Red Sox might win the division but if the Jays are still in the WC position I don't think you can trade anyone. Pompey despite the tools doesn't look like he can be counted on to be an everyday player yet. Below average bat and defense still sounds shaky.
