    Can't see Osuna being transitioned to the rotation. He's one of the best relievers in baseball, rather not mess with that so he can pitch only 100 innings as a starter next year.

    Yeah much more than FIP. Kluber has the 8th best ERA in the AL among SP.

    Doubt it. His ERA is always higher than his FIP because he's much worse pitching out of the stretch. Tied for 21st in RA9-WAR.

    His flyball rate is 7.8% so you don't really need that many strikeouts. His strikeout rate is still over 30% though. If you set the record for lowest ERA ever I think that automatically will get you consideration.

    Even game 5 of the ALDS tickets weren't much. The timeslot and day has a lot to do with it. Every Jays home playoff game last year was an afternoon weekday game. Hopefully if they make it this year we will get home games on the weekend or night games.

    3 Triples in a game is pretty f***ing hard to do. You would think that has to be a record?

    I remember for game 5 100 level seats were going for $80 each ticket and face was $225.

    I think its clear he's a DH moving forward but I don't the bat has declined nearly as much people think. His hard hit rate is actually higher than it was and he's making more contact with pitches in the zone. His value probably even increases as a DH considering how bad he's been in RF. I think I'd much rather have him back on a 1 year/$20 Million or 3 year deal and take the draft pick from Edwin than sign Edwin for 5 years.

    I think its a little different for players who are 1-2 WAR players. Barney might be a 1 win player but he would never get 8 Million in the offseason.

    He also ins't very good... This isn't the time to let younger players have their up and downs in the major leagues, we need players who can actually produce.

    I'd flip Martin and Tulo. Not sure why Martin hits so high up in the batting order.

    If he has another couple 7 win seasons in a row after this year I would say he has a good shot. The last 4 years he's been by far the best player in baseball outside of Trout. I think being such an elite player for a short peak should be worth a lot even if his career isn't as long.

    Yeah vs Lefties but he shouldn't start vs Righties. He's been just god awful so far. Negative 0.5 WAR in a couple weeks.
